Memberships
How does the Lite Membership work?
With the Lite plan, you choose how many boxes you’ll need for the month (ex: 4 boxes), and we ship them all to you at the beginning of the month. You can store them and distribute them to guests however you see fit. This plan is ideal for hosts who don’t need automation and prefer to handle guest prep themselves.
How does the Platinum Membership work?
The Platinum plan offers full automation. You connect your Airbnb calendar with us, and we’ll monitor your bookings. Each time a guest checks in, we handle same-day delivery of a welcome box—no effort needed on your part. You also receive a 12.5% discount on each box and access to our concierge service that recommends local attractions, dining, and experiences to your guests.
Note: The Platinum plan is currently only available to hosts operating in Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties (Oviedo/Orlando area) due to same-day logistics.
How Soon Are Boxes Shipped Before a Guest’s Arrival (platinum membership)?
We use a same-day shipping network so your welcome boxes typically arrive just before or shortly after your guests check in, ensuring a great first impression. Shipping is always free.
Do I pay for the boxes separately from the membership?
Yes. Both membership tiers are monthly fees plus the cost of the boxes you use. Lite members pay standard pricing per box, while Platinum members receive a 12.5% discount on every box delivered.
Can I Customize the Welcome Boxes?
We offer two standard box options, but if you’d like a specific theme or unique items, please let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel or change your membership plan at any time. If you’re switching from Platinum to Lite, just make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There’s no minimum for Platinum users (you pay only for what you use). For Lite members, we recommend ordering in monthly sets of at least 2–4 boxes to get the most value from the shipping.
Is There a Contract or Cancellation Fee?
None at all. We don’t charge setup, monthly, or cancellation fees—only for the boxes you actually use.
Do you support other platforms besides Airbnb?
Right now, our calendar integration works best with Airbnb. If you use another booking platform or operate manually, the Lite membership is a great alternative.
